Best fondue on earth!
I spent the summer of 1968 working on the tiny (20 cows)dairy farm across the street from this small cheese factory. We delivered milk in tin containers every day. Large wedges of their Gruyere with fresh peasant bread from the village bakery accompanied every meal at the farm. The fromagerie basement went way underground, and at the lowest level were the oldest cheeses-- maybe 20 years old. Every day or so, every cheese was brushed by hand with a brine solution, and sprinklers sent regular mists of water in the dim caves. It was an incredible art. Encrusted in brine and mold, it was also the best cheese I've ever had. The cheese was started in huge vats, then poured into molds, until solidified a few weeks later. The price was based on which basement level you chose. What great memories!
Envie d'une fondu en plein milieu de la nuit. Pas de problème, ils ont un distributeur 24/24, ils vendent aussi le pain précuit qui va avec, c'est top. Sans parler de la fondue qu'elle est juste magique, l'une des meilleures à mon avis. Bravo !
Accueil très chaleureux et prix extrêmement corrects. Il y a un grand choix de fromages et de produits du terroir. Je recommande !!!
Les fondues sont juste excellentissimes. Même les personnes qui ne supportent pas la fondue ont aimé. JUSTE excellent
