A mega center in Geneva.. in fact the largest in the French speaking area of Switzerland.. one-stop place for almost everything.. even has a large cinema complex. Recommended

Big cinema complex, modern, large screens, great sound, comfortable. Pricey 20chf/seat but free parking. Book online to avoid their broken automates. Bring your drinks/snacks to avoid their restaurants (poor service, overpriced, queue). Don’t like these malls, too big, no originality, no humanity.
It's always a pleasure to go to Balexert where I have been a regular customer for many years. I don't think it's necessary to disinfect one's hands when entering each shop - I was there for about three hours so had to disinfect my hands about 15 times !
I created account and bought tickets. Money was taken but no tickets provided. Contacted my email twice and phone called no response. This is ridiculous. I checked spam and that my email was correct. I went again through booking and seats which I \bought\ were taken so cinema acknowledge that tickets are taken but no tickets recieved, how am I suppose to deal with you if you don't pick up the phone

Pathe genuinely make an effort in their theaters. And this is their best one yet, an excellent IMAX theater, I thoroughly enjoyed the Marvel movie I was watching. And the selection at the confectionery area is fantastic. Very clean theater and always options for the latest movies in English. Very enjoyable and I have gone to this theater at least 3 times in the last 3 weeks, wouldn't be happier, and the staff are very nice as well.
Always a great place for a movie date
Big cinema complex, showing all the big blockbuster movies. The ticket prices are fair (unless it's 3D) and you're able to buy them online so you can avoid queues. There are a multiple viewings per day, both in French and English. The staff is pretty friendly. I have a few problems with this place. Sometimes they only show a movie in its 3D version, which personally I prefer the traditional 2D when I go to the cinema. I've been a couple of times and the sound was way too loud, left with a headache. And no surprise the snacks and drinks are waaay too expensive.
