I have been working with Roy Macdonald for a few months and I absolutely love the treatment and its progress. I came in for a knee issue and ended up rethinking my balance, breathing pattern and hip stability. It truly is a holistic treatment, and especially valuable for people who enjoy movement in various forms (such as running, yoga, pilates etc.) - it will open your mind! Side note: the waiting room is so beautiful!

It is hard to find a good doctor in Zurich today and if you read this review you probably have the same problem. We have a 2 and half years old kid and my wife has been having for 3 months strong lower back pains. We thought is was because of the weight. Sometimes she couldn't even raise herself from the bed in the morning. She had a lot of disappointments regarding doctors but this couldn't go on any longer so I made an appointment to Roy Macdonald. We went together, the kid slept through the entire consultation which is unusual and for her it turned out really well. He found the problem and gave her a few tips how to calm the pain if it comes back. One consultation was enough and 2 months have passed and she had no more issues without any medication. When it comes back the tips are enough to calm the pain. Compared to other doctors he listened patiently to our fears and researched even the medication that my wife takes to see if it could be the trigger. To be honest the man did everything and more. This is why I fully recommend him and I hope it works out for you.
I visited Roy Macdonald for a series of appointments after the sudden onset of back troubles. He was very professional and conscientious and the sessions brought immediate relief as well as improvements around posture, flexibility and overall wellbeing. Mr. Macdonald is also a native English speaker. The praxis itself is easily reached, modern and comfortable. I would very much recommend Osteopathie Central to people looking for Osteopath services in Zurich.
I have been visiting Ms Höhle since a few months and am super happy. She takes my issues seriously with no judgement, whether it's big or small, and I can feel the improvement of my issues. As a complement to the osteopathy I have also visited Mr Hauser for medical massage.
What a scam!!! Beware to book an appointment. I had an appointment with Dr. Roy Macdonald. If I could I would give 0 stars. He spent 1 hour and 20 mins asking me all kinds of questions and then sent me home with my back pain. He said that he needed to do a proper examination... didn’t even look at my back once. I got a bill for 240 CHF for getting nothing done other than wasting over an hour of my time. Such a scam!!
I visited Mr. McDonald a year ago, cause I was suffering from low back pain. In 3 visits he could alleviate my pain and he also taught me how to sit correctly and how to perform breathing exercises so that my muscles are relaxing. I highly recommend him, he is an excellent professional and very kind as a person.
I have been a patient of Roy Macdonald for a few months. He took care of my law back pain that had been going on for a few years. I found him extremely professional. He could alleviate the pain but most importantly he taught me a few exercises to do myself to manage my pain. He is very caring and empathetic and was always very prepared to address any questions I had. I would recommend him
I go to Osteopathie Central since a year and a half, initially to treat my migraines. Roy MacDonald is very professional, very helpful and he explains (with the amount of details you want) what he is doing and why. He really helps me to understand better where does the pain come from and how to avoid it. He never pushes for more treatments and gives many suggestions for exercises to do at home. He is specialized in women health and managed to decrease drastically my period pain (which did not come back since last June). I highly recommend him.
