Started with a simple complaint that the company engineer did some work at my flat, charged many hours, but kitchen pipe not fixed when another company fixed in less than one hour with no fancy machinery, wanted to get a refund if not partial. Five months on with no results, company director Mr Hirzel finally calls me, explains to me in German how in Switzerland one speaks not English but German, then in English explains how he knows that \people in the land where you come from cook with lots of oil and pours it down the drain and Swiss drains don't like it\. Under his bad clairvoyance skills, that means a German/Swiss name person would do even worse to their drains as they would be frying Schnitzel and not just stir fry \u003cinsert exotic food\u003e everday?! Not sure how legal it is to do racial profiling here in Switzerland, imagine the boom in Swiss service industry if this was the norm. Milk sours from the top, I feel very bad for the few employees under him who has been very helpful.

Vor einiger Zeit hat Herr Hirzel und das Team Duschen in einer Neubauwohnung installiert. Leider hat Herr Hirzel und Team das nicht rechtmässig ausgeführt. Es gab ein Wasserschaden und er streitet die ganze Geschichte nur ab. Herr Hirzel behauptet, dass es an der Silikonfuge liegt. Komisch das die Wand bei der Dusche Löcher bekommen hat. Obwohl ich kein Handwerksprofi bin, kann mir niemand sagen, dass es nur wegen der Fuge war. Ein Fachexperte hat dies bestästigt. Leider kann ich einem weiteren Kunden nur zustimmen: Herr Hirzel ist einfach ein arroganter und unfähiger Unternehmer. Herr Hirzel ist zudem sehr frech (nicht kundenfreundlich) und nicht fähig für seine Taten gerade zu stehen. Wir sehen uns jetzt leider gezwungen rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten. Kann Herr Hirzel demnach nicht weiterempfehlen.
