AWFUL!!! Was expecting a package from France to arrive by 12:55 and we specifically wrote on everything we possibly could to CALL ME (the recipient). At 14:00 the sender tells me that Fedex said \I was ouf of office or the business was closed\. I DID NOT get a call, I DID NOT get a paper saying that the delivery attempt failed, I DID NOT get ANY notification of anything. I was in the office the whole time, they didn't even bother to try to deliver. This happens almost every time, correct it or change your delivery men because they definitely don't care about us getting the package!

Everything went well. The station was easy to find from the train station in Glattbrugg. The lady at the counter was very kind. I brought my documents to be sent to the US on Friday at 14:50 and I was told it would be sent out only on Monday which I found a bit strange. But on Monday afternoon my shipment was already delivered in the US.
This is a joke! I've seen a FedEx truck in front of my house, I went down and driver was gone. The driver left piece of paper in my inbox. He didn't call me, or even ring a doorbell. Nothing! Customer Service was actively rejecting my calls. Worst delivery ever!
The FedEx customer service in Switzerland is ridiculously horrible. They are less than a waste a of time and the service is a humiliation to the customers, as they do not know more than what the tracking page says or they constantly give false information. Why do I need to call you to listen you reading the tracking page for me? Most unprofessional people you will ever meet that are paid to do nothing but piss people off.
Worst delivery service in Switzerland. Drivers can't locate addresses or read names on the doorbell, they don't attempt to contact you and just say \Receipient not found\. Somehow every other delivery service can find me.
Horrifying. They don't deliver and lie to you on the phone. Wow, how far did they come.
Terrible. Just terrible. Everything about this shipment went wrong. The shipment schedule was not respected, no answer in customer service. Expensive service that doesn't even work properly. Shameful.
Helpful service and got my package to its destination. Note: This is the only retail FedEx location in Zürich as far as I can tell.
