Entreprise mandatée pour une expertise après un dégât des eaux. Accueil téléphonique parfait, technicien sur site très sympa et expérimenté, gestion de projet LAMENTABLE, engagement sur les délais non respectés, aucune réponse aux emails et messages de relance. L'assurance à du mandater une autre entreprise pour avoir un rapport, nous avons perdu 2 mois. Très mauvaise expérience, je ne conseil pas cette entreprise.
