Be aware of TNT Switzerland Urgent Mail will take 60-70 CHF for air delivery then will send it by land road delivery if they don't have flight to Brussels on that day. So it will take way more that a week to get the distanation. The good thing is the customers service very polite though. Don't recommend at all.

Extremely disappointing customer service... - Friday 04Sep20: Parcel was delivered, I was not home, Changed delivery time online for next Tuesday 08Sep20 - Tuesday 08Sep20 morning: I called customer services to ask if the parcel will be delivered today. They told me the online delivery rearrangement was not confirmed. However, they will deliver it this afternoon. - Tuesday 08Sep20 afternoon: No delivery. I call why it was not delivered? No specific answer given. They rearrange for a deliver on Wednesday morning around 10am. - Wednesday 09Sep20, 10.30am: I called to ask if the parcel is on its way. They had handed over the package to the local post office (Swiss Post), which was not as agreed on the phone yesterday. The cannot confirm yet, but it is marked as for today. People cannot stay the entire week at home just because you cannot predict when the parcel gets delivered... and if I call 3 times and free up my schedule to be home, and nothing happens, this really is making me angry!
The waste courier experience I ever had. I bought one item from the website and they sent this to me via TNT courier. The thing happened is, the delivery man gave the item to someone. The received person has no contact with me, even we dont know each other(not a neighbour, not in the same address). After I contacted them, the guy told me that he dont know this, because the driver have delivered the item. I dont know why they are such irresponsible. So please dont use this courier, because they will give your item to someone.
customer service gives conflicting information, blaming other parties for every issue they encounter. People working there seem to hate their job..
Bad service. They can't track the delivery all the way and you have to hassle their local branch of the destination to find out where and why your item is stuck at (not to mention that it cost 120 CHF to (not) deliver the item on time)
TO BE AVOIDED, late delivery, bad communication, package damaging, and they tried to charge extra fees, although they do not have the right to do it.
Swiss post offers TNT service for next day delivery. Don’t trust it will be faster than normal post. The package was delivered in 4 days after many phone calls and different excuses.
I’ve been waiting for my package over a month and it was supposed to arrive last Friday finally, but it still hasn’t arrived. So disappointing.
