My partner and I recently ordered two 10'6 ALLROUND SUP boards (one from 2018 and one from 2019) and two fibre/composite 3-piece paddles from the Indiana online shop. They arrived within just few days. First of all: they are BEAUTIFUL! All elements of the set are very well made, materials are great in look and touch. The design is very efficient and logical. Quick and easy to set up and inflate (good warm-up!) and even quicker to dismantle. On the water they are very stable and true allrounders indeed. Great both for paddling around as for chilling and meditation. The grip surface feels like a good quality yoga mat. Doing sun-salutation even slightly wavy water is not a problem at all. I haven‘t managed the headstand yet but getting there! The backpack is very handy and can roll. It all is definitely heavy, but still okay for me to carry around. The backpack can be rolled and taken on the board, so you can enter and exit the water in different places. We are completely in love with these boards. If I didn't have to sleep or work I would just be on water all the time now.

Wie gut der Service ist, erfährt man ja immer erst, wenn etwas nicht nach Plan läuft. Bei mir entsprach die Ware in einem kleinen, aber für mich entscheidenden, Detail nicht den Angaben/Bildern im Katalog. Also nahm ich Kontakt auf und habe versucht mein Problem sachlich zu schildern. Ein paar sehr freundliche und aufgeschlossene E-Mails später war eine gute Lösung gefunden, mit der ich jetzt rundum zufrieden bin.
