I was in Zurich with just a day to spare, and needed to resolve a very wobbly wheel. I mailed a local who recommended Rikag. At very short notice they managed to fit me in for a four wheel balancing (I emailed Kevin the night before my free day!) It's an amazingly clean and tidy environment, with a plush office – and espresso on tap. My car was immediately accommodated, and whilst the wheels were sorted I enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant chat with Kevin (in English - my German is not so good ) and a tasty espresso or two. Rikag is not only the height of professionalism, it's a clean and comfortable environment with friendly staff. Really, you couldn't ask for a better experience for what might seem like a routine thing for your car – tyres. Worth five stars every day. Go visit them…

Schneller Austausch/Beratung via Mail, rasche Bestellung der Winterpneus und einwandfreie Montage. Während des Wartens hatte ich einen Call, der sich in die Mittagspause zog. Diesen konnte ich in einem ruhigeren Raum erledigen. Trotz Mittagspause haben die Mitarbeiter mit der Bezahlung auf mich gewartet. Klasse Service, klasse Team, alles Top!

Freundlicher Empfang auch am 24. Dezember. Meine neuen Winterreifen wurden nach einer kurzen Wartezeit, die mit feinem Nespresso überbrückt wurde, fachmännisch und sauber montiert. Zudem wurde auch noch Scheibenwasser und Oel kontrolliert und wieder aufgefüllt. Service sehr gut.
