I rented one of the apartments (garden view) for 2 months during June-July 2020. I am very happy with the experience. The apartment was very spacious for one person, and would be fine for a couple. The outdoor terrace and garden were a major reason for the good experience. The service was promt and couteous, and the weekly cleaning was excellent. Finally, in terms of location, it is basically as good as you could imagine in Nyon.

Nice location but Not a good experience overall We lived in the largest appartement for 15 months waiting for our home to be renewed and I must say that the experience has not been one of the best: cleaning once a week is not sufficient, so the place is never really clean. Windows were cleaned only twice in 15 months after we insisted several times. The worst is though that the apartment is under the roof and from June to mid September it becomes Unlivable. The absence of air conditioning makes it a real oven. Temperatures over 40c are common and the owners do nothing to remediate. They only give you an insulting lesson on the Meteo. During winter, heating is cut as from 11 pm, so that the badly insulated rooms become freezing. 1 room also has no heating so we had to buy an electric one to make that room livable. The owners organize works on the general structure on a regular basis, so workers needed to enter the appartement every 2 weeks at least. As if all that was not enough, access to the garden was cut for our last 4 months of residence without any compensation for its unavailability not for the constant heavy noice caused by the construction works in the garden.
Nyon, the old city is such a delightful place. My fiance and I stayed during summer at the \secret de rive\ and can only say positves. Given, it was summer, the old city with its buildings and thick walls stayed surprisingly cool and bearable. I turely enjoyed the top floor, I called it the glasfloor and enjoved my moring coffee. What a delight to start the day. The housekeeping staff and owners looked after us and made our stay very special and memorable. We felt to be appreciated and are thankful to that. We can only recommend this lovely place and we shall return soon.
Mon compagnon et moi-même avons séjourné dans l'appartement côté jardin et nous avons été ravis par notre séjour ! L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de l'ameublement de haut standing. La literie est très confortable, ce qui représente un gage de qualité. La situation de l'appartement est idéale, proche du bord du lac et au sein d'un quartier charmant. Petit plus, le gérant a été très accueillant, fort sympathique ! Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse !
