Highlight of Nyon whit the gardens just underneath and the best lake's view that you can find around. Close to everything you can need in town and easy access to the ferry. You can also have a wine tasting and food inside.

Super nice view from the Chateau. Free to sit and admire on the large public terrace. Great place to read a book/have a coffee and a sandwich or just look at the beautiful lake and old town below.
one of the most loveliest experiences of Lake Geneva.. I have seen this Lake from evian ..and geneva ... but the view from the Chateau de Nyon is the loveliest by far... it was 4 pm when we reached the Chateau..so couldn't explore much of it...Will surely visit again on a sunny morning so we have all the time in the world..
Was locked when we checked to see the place, however the view from outside was interesting, it looked a bit \mysterious\ to me though. Well preserved.

Nice small chateau over looking the Geneva lake. In good days you can even see the famous fountain of Geneva from here!
From this point you will have amazing view on the Nyon down part, the Lake and on the French Riviera with the Alps on background!
If you are driving from Lausanne to Geneve, stop for a few minute to see this canstel and the awesome view from here. If the sky is clear you can see all the lake. There are many museum and a roman ones aswell just 5 minutes from there
