Die LUMA D.A.C. hat ein natürliches Reifeverfahren entwickelt, welches das Fleisch zarter, saftiger und voller im Geschmack werden lässt. Das Geheimnis besteht in einer Kombination aus einer langsamen, traditionellen Reifung am Knochen und der Verfeinerung durch unseren speziellen Edelschimmelpilz. Der Edelschimmel durchwächst im Laufe der Reifung das Fleisch und baut auf natürlichem Wege das zähe Bindegewebe ab.

my first order/my first experience : Ordered a couple of Veal steaks for next day (morning 7am-9am) delivery. It was easy to order (major credit card accepted) and most importantly the next day/morning delivery worked out. Package arrived in a sturdy box, dry iced and professionally packed. Meat was still frozen when I got home at 5pm. Order/Delivery 10 out of 10 points. Now the even more important bit - the meat: It was definitely high quality, had a nice light colour, a super fine texture, and a very smooth taste and was fantastically tender. I can say that it was a uniquely flavoured and very tender cut with a nutty taste/flavour that one would expect from such a rather pricey piece of meat. I want to give the meat also 10 out of 10 points. The price: It is expensive but the high quality and fast delivery option probably won't leave room for an inexpensive shopping/gourmet experience. I will definitely have other cuts ordered in the future but solely for special events only as this is a fine treat and I hope this company keeps up their excellent quality and service. Bravo and well done, thank you for putting something out there with such great excellency and quality.
