Bad experience and would not recommend ordering from here. We gave a budget for a Christmas seafood platter which they did not respect and exceeded by CHF50. They forgot to include certain shellfish which they read out loud to me when ringing me up. They were 1 hour and 15 minutes late with preparing the platter so we were very late to our party. They charged us almost CHF100 for one lobster (according to their calculation) and the rest for some cooked shrimp, 12 oysters and a small amount (c.50 g) of crevettes grises. We paid total CHF250. And it did not taste fresh. John Dory filet for sashimi did not taste fresh and the platter smelled extremely strong. We went back to ask for an explanation/detailed calculation and were only given excuses. We had sent them an SMS the same day we picked up the seafood and fish when we later saw we were missing items and they never responded, so we had to go back to the shop after Christmas to speak to them. Very disappointing. This shop used to be better but something has changed - either management or overall commitment to customers and quality food. Save yourself a trip (and money).

Quality not meeting expectation.
Organisation horrible, vous n’êtes qu’un client comme un autre. L’accueil chaleureux auquel on s’attend lorsqu’on consomme local est inexistant tout comme le côté marchand. Si une chose les arrange tout ira bien, mais si c’est pour rendre service au client vous pouvez oublier. Acheter local je dis oui! Acheter ici je dis non !
