Their main business is delivering parcels to addresses, right? That's a thing they cannot manage at all. it's the 5th time I'm waiting for my package because they can't find a simple address. But I got the huge additional costs bill delivered, no problem. Worst customer service there is.

Was expecting a very valuable parcel to arrive UPS but I knew I would not be at home to receive it at the scheduled time. The call center representative was very helpful and informed me on what steps to take to ensure safe delivery. To my HUGE SURPRISE the delivery man just left the parcel in front of my house without receiving any signature. The delivery people do not follow their own protocol and procedure! Without receiving any instructions from me they left my valuable parcel outside. I am shocked that the delivery man decides on his on whim that hes going to leave my parcel without receiving a signature!

The worst service I have ever received in my life. My package has not been delivered for over 4 weeks now, and they were charging me a custom fee that is 200% more than the contents of the package. I paid the fee so that the package is delivered on time because it is urgent. UPS informed me that they will deliver the package as soon as possible and its now 1 week since the custom fee has been paid and verified and still no delivery yet and no explanation whatsoever. AVOID!!! They are incompetent and do not care !

The delivery guy was lazy to deliver my package so he thought it was a good idea to leave my package in front of a restaurant. Someone called me that there is a package on my name in front of his restaurant, when I went there the package was gone. I don’t understand why this horrible company is allowed to operate in Switzerland!!

Had a recent experience with filing a claim with UPS. Some of the goods came damaged, had cut marks on them and bashed. I filed a claim which was accepted and was instructed that in 5 days ups will come pick the parcel from my house. They came the next day to pick the parcel up which of course was not ready since I was not expecting them to come so quickly and haven’t had time to repackage the parcel the way it was. Apparently they came again in a couple of days. I had no idea. I have asked the agent to give me a call before they come so I can be home. He said we can’t do that, but that the ups pick up team will leave a paper. 2 Weeks later still no news. I called them to see what was going on only to find out that well apparently they came to my house and I was supposed to login and check their website that they came the second time and that they do not leave papers any longer. So now they said my claim has expired and it is not possible to do anything. Because of the incompetency of the agents who completely misinformed me, I lost about 200 worth of goods which I now can’t claim apparently. The last agent I spoke could not help me, all she kept saying go to the website. Really disappointed in this poor poor service. I used to like UPS, maybe you should train your agents a little better in informing your customers. Definitely will avoid using this company again.

had several not - so -good experiences with UPS. My previous delivery ( an envelope with important documents ) was delivered completely, soaking wet! this time, the courier did not arrive during the time slot he was suppose to arrive. but when he did he refused to wait for couple of minutes so I could collect the documents. He was very rude!

Disaster! Avoid at all costs. The delivery end date changed many times, I had to wait for two weeks and I had to change my vacation plans because of it. Avoid-avoid-avoid

I cannot describe how bad this organisation is. They have mistakenly sent me an invoice twice, for the same shipped goods. I paid (that was my mistake). They accepted that they should reimburse me for that double payment. 8 months have gone by and I have not been paid back. Have you ever tried speaking to someone on the phone there? Impossible, endless looped messages. This company pretends to be in logistics. It is highly disorganized. They lost one of 5 boxes that were sent to me. They did not realize it (less box delivered than picked up, a no-brainer), I had to prove my claim, which took 2 months. Avoid them, they are a logistics company only in the name. With the work ethics of the worst US companies, all talk (\we love our customers\), no substance.
