He received me in his studio in Bern, with a very kind, empathetic and professional approach. After the first treatment (and my first lavish payment) he completely disappeared, denying himself both on the phone and via email, completely abandoning myself with my serious back problems. Solicited several times, I never received any response. Absolutely to be avoided.
