The website is in German, which limits the use for other parts of Switzerland and the rest of the world with the exception of Germany. It would be easy to have a choice of languages with at least the two Bern official languages, French being one. This apart the website is well done and the Mini service is efficient with kind professionals.

Had one of the best experience in my life while buy a car. We have found a very nice Mimi Countryman S with a JCW package. It was almost a 2 hours drive from where we live but totally worth it. We have been welcome by a super nice guy called Samuel Gygax. Car has been nicely prepared and ready for a test drive. We have ended up buy it. We got a great deal and some additional nice treatment which has sweated the deal even more. Communication has been excellent and the entire sale process was perfect. Bug thanks for the Samuel and the team for this great experience!
