Didn't like it very much, uncomfortable table height and chairs, confusing menu, when you order without specifying the drink size they just give you a medium which is a lot more expensive, pretty expensive in general, I know this place isn't for vegetarians but still the veggie burger was quite bad with its potato pattie. Plate sizes are good though and the bathrooms were clean

Mostly frozen and tasteless food. Food quality very comparable to McDonald's but far more expensive. Add to this a very slow service with many mistakes and you'll get the worst hamburger place in Ticino
Great Food in cool wild west atmosphere
Pretty nice place but the service is very irresponsible, and the worker’s are very unfriendly we were waiting 45 minutes until we were able to order, after we ordered. Then we had to wait another hour. not recommended
Same great food as in other locations. Service was a bit weak but I think the waiter was new, so only one star reduction.
I was close to give 4*, as the environment is really nice, the food is good and the beer is chilled. But it takes a LONG time, even the restaurant is not really full, for the stuff to serve you, even to take your orders. But they're friendly though, no doubt about that! *edit* I had to remove even another star. They reduced the drink menu, I had to wait for couple minutes for the first order and noone paid attention that my glass was empty...for 30 minutes. I tired to order but no success. So, will avoid this location when I'd like to drink some beer
