The service of your restaurant and the service of the hotel reception are not compatible. The service in the restaurant is terrible. Yesterday my wife and I celebrated the first day of our 22nd year in Europe. We wanted to enjoy a French dinner at the hotel’s restaurant Safran, but we were caught off guard by a few unexpected questions from the waiter. Before we could communicate effectively, they just showed us a menu on the bar at the door and rudely told us that there was no table for us. My first reaction was to leave this restaurant asap, even though they have many tables for us to choose from. At breakfast this morning, my wife and I chose to sit on the terrace for dinner. It took a long time for the waiter to set up the table for us, and asked us to wear masks when entering the indoor restaurant. But soon the people at the table next to us came into without mask, and he even talked with the waiter. It is incredible. I think your service concept has a fundamental problem, and the basic training for waiters is not in place. I hope you can pay attention to it. For this reason, I will never go to your restaurant again, and I will never recommend anyone around me to go.
Friendly service. Nice few on the lake. The malaysian chicken curry is outstanding!
Excellent and delicious food combined with great service and an absolutly fantastic view at the lake.
A friend suggest me the Safran Restaurant, so first time for me in this restaurant and I was a nice surprise. Cosy, modern styl, with an amazing lake view. I eaten fish, fresh and good cook. The staff is friendly, I was served by Abdel, he was competent and confident , he suggests us the good food and a really a good wine. He take care of us for all the dinner. Amazing.. good value quality/price..

The food is average, it's good, but you could make salmon (bland) or octopus (not roasted well) way better. Unfortunate is the unfriendly service...
