The team at Quai Sante are fantastic. Super efficient, multilingual but most of all very caring and responsive. I highly recommend Dr Cotton and Dr. Dontas.

No waiting, quick visit any time of the day. You can call first to be sure you don’t wait or walk in. I didn’t wait more than 10 min or nothing at all. Good doctors and nice receptionists.

The administration is terrible. They made mistake on my medical invoice, including my name, address, reason of visit ( motif traitement ), and sent the invoice to me, instead of to my insurance. Despite several visit to their office, and many emails requesting a correction, the wrong invoice is not resolved. It has been more than 6 months now. Even the Caisse Medecins requested them to correct the invoice, they haven't done anything. I feel sorry for the doctors who works at Quai santé as they are paying for this administration service. If you don't want to get into the same trouble with me, avoid them.

J'ai été à Quai Santé pour le sinusite en urgence, le dr. M. Cotton m'a prescrit les antibiotiques qui ont donné un effet positif et je pense que c'était une bonne décision, par contre, il les a prescrit pour 3 jours (et selon l'avis de mon médecin traitant on doit les prendre au moins 5 jours), et même la pharmacienne a exprimé un doute par rapport à la durée de traitement et dans quelques jours après la fin de traitement j'ai eu de nouveau mon sinusite qui est revenu. Résultat-les antibiotiques de nouveau, mais un autre type. Selon mon médecin traitant le retour de la maladie c'est un résultat classique du traitement trop court d'antibiotiques... Je suis déçue, surtout que le supplément de traitement en urgence a été rajouté sur ma facture..

Je vous déconseille ce lieu, en tout cas pour la médecine orthopédique. On a un rdv et on attend pendant 1h ( 2 fois) , mauvaise organisation, facturation pas mieux. Je suis très très déçue. Je vous conseille vivement d aller ailleur.
