Impossible to put 0 star so let’s give one... nothing is done here to make you feel comfortable, after a phone call that confirmed available tickets, once arrived everything is full! The guy in the so called info-point is useless and can offer you zero solutions I believe that this place can be easily avoided!

Very unfriendly and terrible service. Seems like they cant be bothered to run their business for tourism. They let us wait for hours and were super unorganized. Unfortunately i cant give zero stars...
What an expensive shambles! It’s a long wait, few cars running and impossible to get a return from the stop closest to the suspension bridge as all the cars arrive full from further up the mountain! Save you money and go else where!
Very unfriendly staff. Difficult to find a parking lot and therefore we missed the first assigned time since they depart before the time. It's a pity to have such a private cable car company for this beautiful region.
Only offer return fairs even if you dont need the return way. Verry unflexible on driving when there is a lot of people wating and not sticking to the timetable what so ever. Recomending to go to one of the other beautiful hiking areas in the region.
Takes you to a nice hiking region, e.g. the nearby Tibetan-style hanging bridge. But capacity of the gondola is too small (only 8 persons), so long waiting times in the morning on weekends).

Quite expensive (90chf one way) and very small.... In busy days make sure you call before to make reservation (no online reservation available yet)
