Very helpful staff speaking Fr, De and English. Lovely office where you can get souvenirs, maps ( free of charge). Funicular Cable car 35 CHF ( round trip). If you have Abonnement General CFF, you get 2 CHF discount. You can safe 5 CHF more if you walk down from the middle stop on you way back. Pay attention on bus schedule (one) per olhoyrs) if you come by public transport
