Waited 2h & more, people that came after me with same intensity issues saw the doctors before I did. Reception and nurses inconsiderate. Waited so much could have just taken a regular appointment. Inconsiderate people and very disappointed.

The only other rating was 1 star and it made me think twice about taking my 3 year old son who had cut his cheek. But the service could not have been better! Friendly, kind and quick from reception, to nurse to doctor all in about 30 minutes on a weeknight. Hopefully we won’t need to, but we would go back if we had to!
