It was one of those Saturdays where everything around you claims to be acknowledged for its beauty. Nevertheless I was not in great shape. I was tired, worried, excited by unexpected presences around me, but not well. The moment I arrived at Ela's for the Ayurvedic massage an immediate sense of relief came to me. I can't really tell how much time has passed there, but I can tell that every single instant has been delightful: the welcome tea, the hot oil tracing healing patterns on the heart, her hands across the whole back up to warm up the bones, the honest and fun chat at the end. It hasn't been just an excellent massage, it was a real trip into a self-healing process guided by an experienced and beautiful human being. Grazie Ela.

J'ai reçu un massage thaï à l'huile, un moment de détente extraordinaire!!! Un grand savoir faire de la part de madame Ela. Elle a des mains en velours. J'avais eu l'impression de rentrer dans le monde parallèle. des sensations en passant par la douceur qui se marie merveilleusement bien avec l'huile de sésame tiède, de détente grâce aux linges chauds qui accompagnent le massage et pour finaliser un massage du crâne et du visage qui libère le stress grâce aussi au masque à lavande qui produit une exteriorisation de fatigue.
La thérapie d' Ela associe une profonde connaissance de l'Ayurvéda, acquise au Kerala en Inde, à un grand respect des patients et de leurs demandes.
