This is good store. But I am curious when I came back and checked the invoice, which the diplomtatic/military tax refund was 1% instead of 7%?

Hi quality clothes for sports and winter in a huge shopping center (at outlet prices) . Restaurants and parking available. Crowded on weekends. Opens 11am.
