Horrible attitude.i spend all day in fox town and generally I had a good service to even excellent I just went today for buying few items after 18 00. I asked several questions but the unpleasant pretty lady had always the same answer. Everything is on display. She was not listening at all by questions, before finishing my questions she was already answering.. very unpleasant and arrogant. Early in the afternoon was a more aged lady very pleasant and supportive... Attitude is everything find better staff

J'ai acheté un sac chez eux en juillet et je viens de Suisse romande. Quand je l'ai acheté on m'a expliqué que pour la garantie il n'y aurait pas de problème. J'ai fais mon première voyage avec le sac et une poche extérieure à sauté. J'appelle le shop par téléphone et on me fais comprendre qu'il faut venir au shop sinon cela ne sera pas possible. Déçu.
