FoxTown Factory Stores nasce da un’intuizione di Silvio Tarchini, che nell’agosto 1994 decide di diventare il pioniere del nuovo modello distributivo già affermato in Inghilterra e negli Usa e, consapevole della valenza strategica della posizione geografica di Mendrisio (a soli 7 km dal confine italo svizzero), destina un suo immobile in fase di costruzione ad ospitare il primo Factory Outlet Center nel sud dell’Europa. Il 4 novembre 1995 inaugura la prima fase dell’attuale polo commerciale e sedici anni dopo FoxTown Factory Stores Mendrisio conta 160 stores, oltre 250 marchi di prestigio, oltre 1000 posti di lavoro e 3000 metri quadrati di superficie di vendita.

3.5 years have passed away since the day I visited Fox Town. Modern and giant mall with an extremely wide variety of products. Very clever way of orientation with different colors for each building. In the end we ended up in the cafeteria in which there was a very friendly environment.

Great place to shop medium to high end items. Has Gucci, Prada, D&G, Coach, Burberry ..high end shops as well as Micheal Kors, addidas, Puma, Nike, Calvin Klein, Desigual, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger , Hugo Boss... etc more affordable brand shops. I especially liked the discounts in Swarovski and Micheal Kors shops. All the restaurants inside are closed during Corona times. But the coffee shop at the entrance is open.

Great selection of stores! It's really a great place to shop! Although i would recommend following sales days and go there at that time, otherwise i would say it's a little pricey for an outlet.

Very good factory outlet . Excellent price for all type of Mark's. Nice food corners and very clean toilet. Cool kids play area next to the restaurant. Compare with other out let villages this is best price place with almost 100 excellent shops. Almost you have all type of international Mark's. At least you need 5 hours of shoping time .

If you are interested in retail brands and designers and happen to live in Switzerland, then this is the place for you. Fox Town has most of the names that matter under one roof. There are also a number of eateries interspersed within these floors. Moreover, there's a KFC just down the road if that is your fancy. There are kids' play areas as well. In our visits, we এ always found Fox Town to be very clean and well managed. We're looking forward to our next trip to Fox Town.

For a first visit very disappointed. Specially when you go there in corona times restaurants closed. Is a big shopping center, you spend a lot waiting in a queue to get inside the shops and on top of that they were not even bothered about creating a place where you can grab a pretzel or a bottle of water. Only place was McDonald's Even though on their page restaurants shows as open is false. Therefore we left without buying. We understand the rules but we don't accept lack of respect regarding this matter. If this would have been organised ( considering we travel with kids and they don't understand too much about covid and no food To buy for next 30/50 minutes ) we would have gladly purchased some good items there as the shop offers a wide variety of brands
