Can highly recommend Dr Lauren Laupheimer from this practice. She is fluent in both German and English and has the most compassionate and understanding bedside manner. She takes the time to listen to her patients and her diagnoses are always spot on. She is a trustworthy and reliable doctor - every experience that I have had with her and her team at Medbase has been positive!

My experience with Dr. P. Dinkel was always pleasant. He is very helpful, understandable and professional. To take an appointment was very fast and easy. Even they offered me an appointment on the same day which doesn't happen always.

Been there several times as a patient and as an interpreter for my wife. There were no problems with doctors or receptionist, everyone was polite even though I had very basic German and could speak only English. The biggest inconvenience was 15 minute delay.

I went there on very short notice and was still nicely welcomed. I was treated by doctor Nemeth. She took time to listen carefully and I really felt in good hands. Would recommend and go there again.

My Food Bliss

If I could leave less than one star I would. I called ahead to let them know I would be coming in to find out the source of a skin condition. They assigned me to a regular doctor because their dermatologist is booked out for weeks ahead. That doctor saw me for less than 3 minutes and said: I have no idea what you have but im sure it will go away. Good luck..... I then complained and got a referral to a dermatologist, but the doctor did not try to find out the cause of the condition or try to help treat it. DO NOT GO HERE.

DON'T GO HERE! Doctors here have no clue! Total waste of money!! Incredible that such places can exist, specially in Switzerland!!

I was there because I am pregnant and did not feel well on the day. They were super helpful, spoke good English, took my blood tests and quickly got the answers and generally gave good advice. Although as some have mentioned I, too, had to wait for about an hour before being seen. I still thought the way I was treated was far better than the wait. I would go there again.

I had a male doctor who was unprofessional and very rude. He kept making comments about me not knowing how to speak German, I was after Medical advise not living in Switzerland advice. He also said I can clean while I am on sick leave, I wonder if he would say the same thing to a male.
