Very big car parking, cheap and near the entrance as well as underground. Big enough but not oversize. You can have a coffee with food in the entrance, relax and then start your walk through whatever you like. Good demonstrated household article, note the place in the pickup location. Then go to cash counter.self check or cash counter. Load in your car and enjoy.

Can get lost easily, and finding the exit is a tuff mission! You get out of there exhausted. Staff was okay except for one who doesn't know how to treat customers (disrespectful woman)... I like Ikea for the good quality of the goods

I had a problem with the delivery. That is when I realized that most of the buttons in web-site's section \contact us\ simply do not work. If you want to contact service center you have to call and speak native language, not English (the system suggests you can, but nope, you can not). Ikea Switzerland, you are awful

First time ever I see a paying parking in a shopping center of the sort. Even though not expensive, it is a cheap gesture! Big fuss to enter the restaurant (COVID19) and not as good food as the one in Etoy.

I found what I needed, but the staff was overall overworked and tired, a janitor even had a breakdown and told me she just couldn't keep up with all the work. It's corona times, now's not the time to reduce personnel.

The best vegetarian Hot Dog. The Vegidog for only CHF 1 .- and it's tasty like hell. I go again inside instead of going home. Have a look on the foto how the vegetarian hotdog looks.

I'm just no a fun of how ikea displays things I never find what I want exactly and I always get somehow lost in the building plus its a perfect to have a fight with your wife.. Sorry ikea for those reasons you only get 3 stars from me
