Mobile Advisor in Luzern are the best! I had a problem with Lebara who changed without my permission my prepaid SIM intro a subscription for one year, I came to Mobile Advisor and they did everything for me, called lebara, fix the problem on the spot. They needed to change my SIM and they charge my SIM back with the money left on the other SIM. The girl who works there (sorry I did not get your name) has the best skills for customer service. They gave me a chocolate as well! Awesome! If all multinationals will have this kind of service the world will be much beautiful! Thank you!
