Wir sind ein Hotel welches diverse Zimmer besitzt, von Einzelzimmer bis zur Suite ist alles dabei. Ausserdem haben wir ein wunderschönes Restaurant und zwei Bars welche wir zu unserem Betrieb zählen dürfen. Wir haben auch für den kleinen Geldbeutel Zimmer und bieten so in unseren 2 weiteren Gebäuden Zimmer welche eine geteiltes Badezimmer und WC haben. Abgesehen von unseren Standard Hotel Zimmer bieten wir in einem der 2 Nebengebäude Apartments an, welche eine Küche und eine Kaffeemaschine besitzen.

Unprofessional staff. No skills to manage conflict situations. It was the first time in my life than I had been asked to pay for using the hotel bathroom. I will be very surprised if someone who is working on a front desk has an education in hospitality service.

The old person at the reception forced us to get a bigger room as we had a 3 year old child and did not allow to use the already booked double room and we ended up paying 300 francs more. The place is shabby with small rooms and no views. Not recommended.

I had a good stay here. it's great location. just 1 min walk to supermarket and 5 min walk to lion monument. there are so many bus stops near by.

Terrible hotel, DO NOT stay there! It is not even 2 star standard. Staff are not friendly and not trained well. The hotel has no kettle or coffee machine in the room and they don't provide hot water. If you want to have a cup of hot tea in your room with your own tea bag, you're OUT OF LUCK. We have 19 friends travel together. The hotel gave us about 25 eggs and refused to gave us any more eggs. Overall, a terrible experience! If I could, I would give them ZERO STAR!

This was a quaint hotel in an old building. Updated and nice. Close to wooden bridge.

The rooms don't look like the pictures at all, no safe-deposit box, bad view, you have to share the bathroom (as mentionned) but the bathroom is small, nothing special and quite unclean. Also a bit pricey... Would not go back

Don't know about the hotel, but you can use their free wifi while you enjoy the best meal of your life at Joel's Brasserie Restaurant!
