The hotel is characterized by its beautiful location directly on the lake. The view from our suite (521) was breathtaking. You could enjoy the sunset directly from the living room. The hotel has a beautiful garden where you can sunbathe and also jump directly into the lake. On weekends and holidays there is a boat shuttle service that takes you directly to the center. The center is about 3km away and is perfectly accessible with the ebikes, which are provided free of charge by the hotel. Breakfast can be consumed in the room on request. There is also a small gym area available. The restaurant is absolutely recommended, as the view is breathtaking. Anyone who wants to spend some quality time or a beautiful staycation in Switzerland is in the perfect place here.

Great place to stay in this area! Yes it’s a bit pricy, but the view you can enjoy is worth it. Every year I spend some time there for different reasons...private traveling and business as well. Never got disappointed!
Hermitage is well known for their excellent food and a nice atmosphere. We had a salad and calf with veggies and potatoes. It was delicious.We felt also safe with the Covid measurements that are implemented. We loved the Christmas decoration on the balcony with an old sledge.
Delicious lunch along the lake at this lovely hotel and restaurant. The menu is not great and it is mostly a Swiss favorite. but the quality is very great. The portions are large portions! The wine list is justifiable and not too expensive.
Combined with the impeccable view I would give this restaurant five stars! We had the carrot ginger soup for starters, salmon with Asian vegetables and glass noodles as a main course. To top it all off, we had sorbet and swiss Alp milk chocolate ice cream. The waitress was also really friendly ! Of course it is a bit pricey, but they provide little delicious sides.

Take me back, please. Amazing view, really nice decor and delicious food. Was a really nice experience, would do again for a quiet, comfortable evening. We went when it was cold out but it felt toasty and warm inside, and we didn't miss the view since the walls were lined with glass. Thank you!
