I'm normally not writing reviews, but this time I'm quite happy and eager to share my experience. Unfortunately being treated nicely as existing customer is not the norm anymore. Being on the phone in loops for ever is something many may have experienced . At Green I've had a terrific positive experience which deserves public positive feedback. Having had some issues with my web account, I've contacted the help desk. First of all, very quick response and very friendly help desk person. Secondly my issue was handled smoothly and a very quick solution, giving me the feeling that I am valued as customer. Lastly I've been asked back after some time if everything was ok and if the service could be of any other assistance. Wow! Very well done Green! Thank you
