DO NOT ENTER, RUDE STAFF. I visited the place unfortunately. There was a bath cream in the shelf. I just wanted to check the smell so I opened it for 3 seconds and put it back. The bottle was not sealed and there was no evidence the bottle was ever opened. The man from cashier started to chase me and forced me to buy it. He pointed to the small text in Italian saying that do not open the bottles. I politely apologized and I told him several times I don't speak Italian. But he kept speaking in Italian, pretending he doesn't understand English or German. Rude, cocky man. Hope I will never meet such a kind of people again in such a lovely town. Moreover, I don't understand why was he rude also to my girlfriend who did not say a word. Congratulations Sir, You earned to your shop 6 CHF by catching someone opening a bath cream. BTW, the smell was disgusting. I threw the cream to thrash right around the corner. If you end up there by some bad luck, do not buy any bath stuff.

Un bel negozio nel quartiere Maghetti di Lugano, con numerosi articoli esposti. In questo periodo natalizio il negozio è allestito con articoli a tema, addobbi, alberi di natale, oggettistica. Nelle corsie sono esposti con ordine numerosi articoli di profumeria, igiene del corpo e della casa e tanto altro ancora. È incredibile il numero di prodotti in vendita e i prezzi molto ma molto competitivi. Il personale è gentile e ben disposto verso la clientela. Vale una visita anche per acquisti rapidi.
