One of the best places to stay in Lugano. Situated in the heart of Lugano, next to the lake and everything is just 2-5 mins walk away. Really clean and well managed. Fabio (Property manager) is a really nice and helpful person. always respond quickly and on time. Building has a beautiful terrace with Jacuzzi, had spend quite evenings there and building is equipped with gym and sauna. Apartments are equipped with high quality and automated devices. Stayed here for 2 months and loved my time here.

In terms of location, although it doesn't come with the lake view, it is only 3 minutes walk from the lake and there are around 4 grocery stores within 10 minutes walk on top of good restaurants that are located within 7 minutes walk. The walk to the train station takes around 22 minutes but it's a very pleasant walk, the bus stops are 5 minutes walk away and drop you off right on the platform of the train station. The apartment itself is exactly like how it's described on the website, bright and clean with big bathroom, it comes with everything you need, you just need to move in with your luggage. The service provided by the management is lovely, they are very nice and helpful. I am glad I chose this place for the first 2 months of my stay in Switzerland.

Stayed for almost 3 years in smart living Lugano! It was amazing! The apartment was well designed, clean and well organized!! To add, the apartment was full equipped and contained all the necessary things to feel comfortable as at home.The manager named Fabio, was very helpful and always was there to help even if it would be something not related to him. The cleaning ladies did a very good job and did a lot in maintaining the apartment! \u003cbr/\u003eLastly the building is located in the best area you could possibly find in Lugano, one minute walk you have the post, laundry, pharmacy, and supermarket. Five minutes walk you have tennis courts, beautiful park and touristic attractions. \u003cbr/\u003eI would like to thank the whole team of Smart Living Lugano for the dedication and professionalism.

We could not have asked for a better place for our stay. Our apartment was bright, modern, fully furnished and equipped. You can really feel the Swiss touch there. This place was equipped for every situation (starting from sofa bed and extra bed linens in case you have guests and finishing with wine decanter and kitchen scale). From the roof you can enjoy 360-degrees view of Lugano while barbecuing or relaxing in jacuzzi. As coming from Nordic country, we loved going to steam and Finnish saunas after long bike rides. Also Fabio, property manager is such an amazing person and quickly assisted us with all our questions.

Smart Living Lugano is our home away from home! My company worked to complete a huge project in Lugano in 2018 and 2019. We lived at Smart Living for months at a time. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Fabio was incredibly attentive and helpful to our crew. Fast email responses and excellent communication with our office made our stay convenient and relaxed. Our first choice for lodging in Lugano is definitely Smart Living. The apartments are amazing. In a new building, very clean and spacious. They have everything what one might need, even for a very long stay, all kitchen utensils, coffe machine, iron, modern and comfortbale furniture, underground garage. Convenient location, 3 minutes to the lake and 10 minutes to the city centre. Common areas with rooftop terrace, jacuzzi, sauna are great to enjoy. The host is very welcoming and helpful, always there for you! We wish we could have stayed longer there :)

One of the best place I’ve stayed while working in many cities of Europe. Well equipped, very safe, great location, perfect size of rooms with a nice style, simple but right on a spot. Used and gym and the sauna very often they were kept very clean. Fabio the super is a nice person and super helpful. In over all I highly recommend this place to stay.
