I give 2 stars because of the quality of the food. However, the service is below average. We were given the menu in Italian. The waitress later asked if we want an English menu. We said Yes. Then, she brought another two Italian menu. I told her it’s still Italian. She changed again, then one of it still in Italian. I asked her can you please check first? She said ok. She then first placed the menu in front of me then check to make sure it is in English....... ! The interior is very nice so I expected the same level of service. Unfortunately, I would not go back again for the unprofessional service.

Excellent tiramisu! We’ve been served cocktails 10 min before closing. Rare good service. Will be back for the dinner. Nice staff!

Hurts a bit to put 3 stars but 4 would be too much. We waited a lot for everything and the food was good but below expectations (tartar for 38 chf needs to be cut by hand).

Fantastic place to grab dinner with friends. Their steak tartare is one of the gems on their menu. The menu changes periodically but you can’t go wrong with their tagliata di manzo. For dessert order the tortino di cioccolato.

Good spot for a business dinner or date night. Food is very good, atmosphere as well. The restaurant consists of one large although quiet room with soft music, very well decorated. The menu is small and a bit expensive—as is the case most places in Lugano—but every item is excellent. I would particularly recommend the steak tartar.

Went for a business lunch to Orologio, very nice restaurant with good atmosphere, not too crammed so very good for rather private business discussions. Quick service, good food, but 1* downgrade for the lack of vegetarian options. The supposedly veggie pasta had meat bits mixed in. I could live with that and pick out the meat but I can imagine other customers may not be as accepting...
