A rip-off. I went to see Dr.Klaus for a conjunctivitis in September 2018. I got charged a total of CH500 for 2 sessions where he saw me less than 15 minutes... And I still had to go to the Ospidale Italiano to get a proper cure afterwards as he did not fix a simple case of conjunctivitis (they charged me CH120 there!). I then found out why the prices are so high at this place. They make you do a bunch of pointless 'tests' with the nurses before you see the doctor so they can charge you extra. So out of the CH500 about CH300/400 were for completely irrelevant tests... (that is after comparing his bill with the hospital bill for the same treatment) In short, you can find better treatment somewhere else and at a much cheaper price.

Io non ho avuto una esperienza positiva, sono stato tre volte per mio figlio di 5 anni e due volte per me, ho avuto sempre l'impressione di poca pazienza, di una visita sbrigativa da parte del medico, poche o nessuna informazione fornite al paziente, fatture salatissime in cui mi sono state fatturate anche visite non riuscute perché il bambino non era collaborativo (con il sovrapprezzo della visita pediatrica), mi è stata fatturata anche la richiesta della cartella clinica che il linea generale dovrebbe essere fornita a titolo gratuito.
