Extremely helpful, kind and professional staff. All of them are very courteous and never ignore questions or requests. The library holds a huge selection of books from almost all genres and although most of the books are in French, you can also find shelves dedicated to English, German, Italian and other languages. You can rent books, DVDs, audio-guides, and there is a dedicated quiet-zone space to read, study or work with Wifi. Thanks for the great service from a very happy reader and I will always recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They held documents I had accidentally left in the printer. They even called me to tell me about it. What professionalism! A rare touch of friendliness in a city not known to be friendly.

Choix assez vaste de livres.. Endroit assez calme.. Places confortables pour y lire et travailler.. C'est une bonne bibliothèque...

Bibliothèque pas très jolie et un peu austère et vieillotte - Mérite un rafraichissement mais très calme avec WIFI gratuit, possibilité d'imprimer via différent canaux et idéalement située et facile d'accès. Bonne collection de livre dans tout les thèmes.

Bien, espace aéré, personnel sympathique et beaucoup de choix sauf en sciences. Quelques rayons seulement sinon il faut aller à la bibliothèque universitaire. Les rayons jeunesse sont ailleurs aussi, carrefour à traverser, je pense que c'est une question de locaux mais c'est vraiment dommage.
