Stardard Swiss Steakhouse Restaurant near our Hotel while staying in Leukerbad the meat are surprisingly good that we came back twice for dinner! good quality of steak they have in there its a must try! I also tried spareribs its meaty and very tasty! This place is lovely for family with small kids as they have a playground inside, service is good, attentive staff, average swiss price. Will come back for the steak when we’re in Leukerbad!

Ordered the gambon prawns and ribs. The prawns were served stone cold in the centre and burnt on the skewers (clearly taken from the freezer before being flame grilled). We felt lucky to not get food poisoning. The ribs were served barely above room temperature with the bones/inner meat still cold. Upon complaining the replacement rack of ribs were served barely warmer than the first. In summary, the food is clearly cooked from frozen with no care for health risks or general quality/flair. This should only be a last resort! The only plus side is the service was professional and efficient. Just the cooking which is off!

The quality of food is OK (At least the meat and the side dishes). It is not a gourmet place, but it is fine. They also have a nice playing ground for the kids. The problem that it is heavily overpriced even by Swiss standards. The quality of the service is average at best (for example, they bring to a table fewer napkins than there are diners).
