After complaining with the Apple salesman at Fnac in Flon that some so called Apple agreed repair centers propose very high prices for services like to change a battery, I was told that Swisstech would charge 200/215 CHF which is the price that Apple requires. When I go there to take my computer (the shop is by the way in the middle of nowhere not even in Lausanne downtown), I am told it would cost 400 CHF because of labor costs? 400 CHF is 1/5 the value of the computer, just to change a battery? Better to spend the time to go to Geneva Apple Store to change it....
Very responsive: I brought an imac just before noon because the internal mic was not working and got it back in the afternoon!
I have been a customer almost since the opening and I am never disappointed. Very competent staff on top of being helpful and always available to help me out , and I do need a lot of help when it comes to technology ;-) Can only recommend!
Arrived on Friday at 17:30 to pick up my computer from repair. However, the shop was already closed and the owner decided to go on a weekend a bit earlier, making me not able to work and study at all over all weekends till Monday. The shop is claiming to be open till 18:30, by the way.
Mise à part le service effectué (parfait) mon interlocuteur c'est montré d'une écoute hors paire. En effet, je lui ai posés plusieurs questions notamment sur les nouveaux produits Apple, et j'ai trouvé réponse à mes questions et même plus !
Mon mac s'est arrêté de fonctionner d'un coup et je suis donc allé chez eux. Le service de MySwisstech est très bon et la personne qui m'a aidé a été très serviable et agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit aux personnes possédant des produits apple.
Sincèrement aucun point négatif. Très accueillant, Très professionnel, et Très rapide. Meilleur centre de réparation sur Lausanne. J'aimerais bien mettre une sixième étoile!
