Very helpful and kind when getting a Certificate of No Impediment and two apostilles. COVID-19 safety measures are taken seriously, which is also reassuring.

The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The application was processed quickly and efficiently. My only issues is the fact that I had to come at all. To apply to a passport renewal for a child, which is required every 5 years, shorter if you consider the requirements for at least 6 months validity when travelling anywhere. There is only one consulate in Switzerland, in Geneva. It took me 4.5hrs EACH WAY - for a 20min meeting. Not to mention the cost of the tickets which cost more than 200chf - the renewal itself was only 140chf! Dealing with the staff on the ground was a pleasure. I wish Canberra would consider the effect of their policies on their citizens overseas.

What an absolute joke. I can't even get a phone call in because the keypad commands don't work! \Press 1 for English\... And nothing happens. Why Australian residents are paying for these government bodies is beyond me because the service is cheap. Well done.
