I bought a pair of corrections from them - the kind you put in your shoes when you have flat feet. In the initial discussion, they said that the first pair is 420 and then the second pair would be 50.-, or at least that is what I understood. Then I asked if the price was negotiable and they said no, but for a third pair they might have a steeper discount. I then asked whether the third pair could be something like 30 francs and they said yes. This means they were aware of my understanding and they did not correct it. I thus bought the first pair, and was supposed to come within 4 months for the following ones. I thus made a purchase based on an offer that they implied but.. did not exist. Surprise! They misrepresented the offer, and after I understood that the second pair of corrections cost 50 francs, they announce that they are actually just 50 francs off. From 420. A.. 320 francs difference! Absolutely nothing about a third pair and its steeper discount, that we had discussed in the first visit. And then the lady in charge was just looking at me and saying these are our prices. full stop. All in all - amazingly bad service, and careful with so called discounts. Plus the attitude of the person responsible - what ever happened to service with a smile? Avoid, go anywhere else.

Réponse au téléphone ce matin pour une demande de matériel ortho, écoute très relative , nombreux signes d’impatience, mauvaise évaluation de ma situation. et pas très aimable alors que d’habitude on nous répond avec gentillesse et on essaie de trouver des solutions. Bon finalement tout s’arrange mais lorsque l’on est au fond du lit avec un plâtre on apprécie une écoute un peu plus ampathique et plus patiente !
