If you like cheese this is the place for you. Opening the front door you are met with an incredible fondue smell emanating from a beautiful preserved old restaurant. Everything we had from the menu that included an original fondue was superb. The staff were excellent and I will certainly look forward to returning again.

Excellent fondue the fondue menu is perfect. The place is really old and typical, it is very nice. The waitress was really kind and we had a wonderfull diner there!

This was an interesting place. It is a very old restaurant in the town of Lausanne. The food and wine was really good. The fondue particularly was great. The environment was old wood and brick that look like they’ve been there a long time. There is a small bar in the back that is know for having at least one drunk local and sure enough we saw one drunk local. The staff was very friendly and tolerant of our broken french and enjoyed talking English with us.

Swiss food restaurant, where you can try good dishes from the region. The price is good as well, taking into account that it's Switzerland. The place is old and authentic!

Authentic feeling Swiss cuisine. Very cosy atmosphere! I recommend the fondue here - take the one with cognac for something richer!!! Try to sit downstairs because the decor upstairs is not so good.

Good atmosphere, solid old style food, and not over the top expensive for the location. Friends like to come here and I finally got to try it, and I will be back soon. If you want some light or trendy fare then head elsewhere.

The morel & cognac fondue was excellent. The ambiance was nice as well. We also had a tarte tatin for dessert and it was okay but not great (apples were just laid down on a puff pastry rather than baked together). Would definitely eat there again, if only for the fondue.

Nice restaurant with very good food. I highly recommend the steak on ardoise. The meringue with double crème for desert is always good!
