Today I was taking a paddle class a bit too close to where the pedalos from Pedalino are launched. It seems that it was bothering the guy from Pedalino so much that he did not even come to us to talk but rather took his boat and started going around in circles around us so we would be off balance. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. From now on I would rather go to Vevey or Preverenges where the service is better and the prices are lower.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE NEVER HAD IN MY 5 YEARS LIVING IN LAUSANNE. Unfortunately I took a paddle surf board with this company and the wind pushed me deeply into the lake (my fault). A boat rescued me and I called them for help. Instead of coming for me, they accused me of being enjoying the day in the boat and nobody came. After, the wanted me to pay 25 francs for the delay and instead of an adult discussion, the woman who regent the place thrown my stuff into the ground. . Very rude, aggressive and violent experience.

Pitoyable UNE ARNAQUE comme on en a jamais vu Un service déplorable, des employés malhonnête, vicieux et profiteurs. Je m'explique : Etant de jeunes gens de nature plutôt festive ils ont profité de nous pour nous faire croire que nous avions abîmé leurs pedalos. Ils voulaient nous faire payer une somme exorbitante mais n'ayant aucunes preuves de nos dégâts ils ont dû renoncer a cette somme. Néanmoins, nous avons tout de même payer une partie de la somme (pas sans peine) Je suis profondément déçu du comportement des gérant et de leurs collègues. C'est IN-AD-MI-SS-IBLE. Je ne le recommande absolument pas mieux vaut aller voir la concurrence.
