Employee seems to be helpful but I haven't received the bill. For the question: why, the answer was: \I remember all items bought!!!\ So bye-bye guarantee... How can anyone buy anything there??!! To avoid!!!!

Scooter: Peugeut Speedfight 3 I claim the following incidents to have been described accurately. Incidences: 1) While they were replacing the old exhaust pipe, they broke the cylinder (motor attached to the exhaust pipe) which I had to pay to replace as well. Their claim: The cylinder was full of rust and that’s why it broke when replacing the exhaust pipe. They claim that this happens often. Indeed they showed me a cylinder that was rusted and broken. 2) There are 2 screws attaching the exhaust pipe on the cylinder and 2 attaching the exhaust pipe on the scooter body. The new exhaust pipe, was not properly attached to the cylinder so I had to visit them. They repaired this but 2 days later the bolts attaching the exhaust pipe to the scooter body were gone and the exhaust pipe was about to fall off, I suppose they were not properly tightened. Their claim: Within these two days somebody attempted to steal the exhaust pipe. They claim that this happens often. It cannot be excluded that this indeed happened. 3) When I received the scooter after incident #1, the seat lock mechanism was not functional. However, it worked fine before taking the scooter to them. 4) While fixing incident #2, I asked them to also replace the summer tires with winter tires. The summer tires I received back were cut (photo). It cannot be excluded that somebody else damaged the tires before taking the scooter to them. PS: I bought the second hand scooter with 2.500 km for 1.500 CHF. After 3.5 years of using it, the scooter has 23.000km and for service/maintenance I have paid approximately 3.500 CHF to several mechanics in Lausanne. An advice: avoid buying second hand scooters and the mechanics in Lausanne.
