The food was ok, we expected more for the price. Could have been more tasty. I think 5.50 for a Baklava is a lot. But hopefully good. Waiter was good but we notice that not all of them knew what to do. One took my fork and knife and then put it back “ah you still have main dish”, thanks but then you can change them if you touch them.
This was my second time going there and had a meal for the first time. The meal was nice especially chicken (of course lol) which is probably cooked over the charcoal. However, there’s one thing I was a bit disappointed.. it’ll be nice that if they could serve a cold glass of white wine. Though, the stuff members were friendly and easy to talk to and they speak English which helped me a lot.
Great outdoor eating area! Iness was a fantastic server! Friendly, helpful and very skilled! If I had a restaurant, I would hire her!
Very slow service, waiters are focus only on sheesha and drinks it's unbelievable, a restaurant located in a very nice area, and they have a very good outdoor area too, chief pressed the ring million of times to notify the waiters to pick the food and deliver it to the tables, don't be surprised if the food is cold The food is very nice but unfortunately, service is from another planet, they have to increase the staff and be more organized to serve people and be busy with side talks i feel sorry for the chief
It's complicated... The food is good. The service is kind... But I'd it is a peak hour it's better to be prepared to wait a lot. I went there with friends and after our order we had too wait one hour for the food to arrive. Some food arrived much before others. So we ate at different times. To be honest we also asked simple water, the waitresses forgot to bring it and I had to go myself to take it at the bar. They apologized for the disservice (and that's why I an not giving 1 star) but if you have to go consider to not go in a rush hour. I may go again in a calm day.
One of the slowest and worst services I have ever experienced in life out of hundreds of restaurants and bars worldwide. Not a single time I go there and things go smoothly. Always something wrong. Service is really slow, something is forgotten, orders are not served together, waiters ask you to pay while you’re still seated. Location, atmosphere and food are good. Although expensive.
Great location. Nice Turkish food. But rather slow service. If you really tried the Turkish baklava in Turkey, you will know this is not the best baklava
