Went there today at around 2pm, doors wide open and employees still inside, seemingly preparing food. We were sent away because apparently they had just completed the last order for the day and were about to close. We left hangrily. I fully understand that during the pandemic and especially in switzerland, the rules are being adhered to differently depending on the establishment and region, however a clear communication would be appreciated. We went out of our way on our 3hrs drive home to visit five guys as a special treat and lost almost an additional hour by doing so. I for my part, am still hungry and am longing a milk shake. Hope I can improve this review in the near future.

They've got to get better bread. They use that awful manufactured American bread. It merges with the cooling beef and cheese to make this completely tasteless sludge. I hope they may improve the bread and other ingredients in the future. It's not worth the very high price at the moment. Green Van Company is much better, and cheaper.

My second visit in two days while visiting Lausanne. Last night, good bacon n cheese burger, good bacon hot dog. Good service, but the warehouse ambiance of the place and the loud music are a bit off-putting.... So I come back for their breakfast menu the next day, they open at 7.00, I arrive at 7.15. Entrance and ordering queue still blocked by stacks of deliveries, music at full blast at the counter, so you can hardly communicate with the staff to order. They are out of stock on bacon and don't have coffee with milk.... PRODUCT : Food is nice, but too dominant signature of peanut oil on all products. Wrapping everything in aluminum foil is probably also not up to today's sustainability standards. STAFF: Young guys, friendly on both occasions, but I was surprised to find hardly anyone speaking sufficient English in an American burger joint. PLACE: Great location, but horrible warehouse style, and even more horrible high volume fast paced music, which is bearable for dinner but quite a torture at 7 a.m.. Would have expected more and certainly a better customer experience from such a \hip\ burger brand.

Too expensive and poor service. But the burger was very good.

Super expensive, not recommended at all. The hamburger is not special (done at home can be surely better). Fries are good but again, you cannot pay them 8 chf.

Good but expensive. Worth the price
