My internet stopped 3 months ago. I received no message or notification at all. I went to city cable in person to ask what happened. They told me to call the number of another city cable group. I called that day and they said there had been renovations on my apartment building and that my contract had been canceled. I did not renew. 3 months later I receive a bill for all 3 months of internet. I went in person to city cable again and they said it had not been canceled and that I had to reconfigure something. Again they never said anything about this before and told me the contract had been canceled. They refused to remove the bill, I refuse to pay. Choose anyone else, these guys are basically the mafia.

Réception impeccable. Le vendeur s'est montré agréable, clair et précis et d'un professionnalisme exemplaire. Service client inexistant, service technique incompétent. Ils se permettent après dix ans d'abonnement à leur service de désactiver internet 24 heures avant l'échéance de mon l'abonnement. Une journée de télétravail rendue impossible. Leurs abonnements sont par ailleurs très chers pour une qualité médiocre et leurs comptes liés vraiment peu intuitifs et contraignants dans leur utilisation.

Opérateur Citycable ne mérite pas même une étoile, trop cher pour un débit internet trop faible, allez chez Salt qui est 4 moins chers et leur débit est 10 fois plus rapide
