If you haven’t found a dress yet Bell-en-Blanc is the place to go! The quality of service was outstanding. Olga and her staff were very welcoming and patient, allowing me to browse all the dresses in my own time and giving me the space and time to do so. Once I had selected the dresses, they carefully helped me into each of them (some dresses more than once as I was quite indecisive). Choosing a dress for your wedding can be overwhelming, but Olga and her team are up for the challenge and are more than willing to go to great lengths to help you find exactly what you are looking for. I highly recommend Belle-en-Blanc! They have an incredible selection, with various styles and dresses for other special occasions.

Great shop, good choice of the collection. Beautiful view of the lake and a lot of natural sunlight is a real plus in the shop. The staff is very friendly and guide through the process, giving honest advice. You can really see how much they enjoy their job. I loved my time in the shop and can't wait to come back soon for my fittings.
I had a very unpleasant experience with this place. In June this year I bought my wedding dress here (unfortunately...) and it was due in November. Given the extreme circumstances we are living due to the pandemic crisis we decided to cancel the wedding event. I of course explained them all the situation in September and the answer was that there was nothing to do because the dress was almost finished. How come the dress is \almost\ finished in September if it was due in November? quite suspicious (especially because they are more known for their delays, than for having the dresses ready on time), but unfortunately I can't check if it is true!! It's worth noticing that I didn't receive any post selling service at all - they told me that they were going to send me fabric samples to my house and they never did. I paid 1500 CHF anticipated (which is an excessively high amount to pay in advance), and the only \solution\ they gave was not to give me back the 1500 CHF. So basically they kept the 1500 CHF AND the dress that they will sell again for more than 3000 CHF (if it is true that they actually produced it...) It is a pity to have companies behaving like that during these hard times where we need more than ever to stop thinking only about our own interests without caring and having compassion for other people. I was expecting them to give me back at least part of the money I paid, considering that if they really produced it, they can sell this dress again and recover all the money.

I am really happy that while I was searching the web for a bridal boutique I happened to discover Belle en Blanc! When I got my appointment and arrived to the shop the real magic took its turn! In this place you don’t feel like just one among the others looking for a wedding gown, you feel yourself very special! Preparing a wedding can be very stressful, but in this place you really feel being taken care of! With a lot of attention, considering your every little desire they will make sure your dream comes true!
Buying my wedding dress wasn’t an easy task…until I found Belle an Blanc. They offer great choice of beautiful dresses and fantastic customer service after the purchase. It was a real pleasure to come for my measurements, as they took such a great care of making sure my dress fits me perfectly. Everything arrived ahead of time, they also ordered for me matching veil and bolero. Perfect service, fantastic choice, lot of class and elegance ….every appointment was a very nice experience. Shop itself is very beautiful with the lake view, big mirrors, very elegant.
Olga is amazing! I went in a little worried about finding a wedding dress (having had several nightmare appointments in Geneva before), but she was fantastic, her store is beyond lovely, she's got the most beautiful dresses, and the customer service could not have been better - she has amazing taste, and a perfect eye for what she does. I love the dress that I bought, but I am equally happy that I was able to buy a dress at Olga's boutique.
I did not buy a dress here, but I had my dress altered. I am very happy with the result and the service I have received - very friendly, fast and competent, I would recommend.
