I didn't even manage to get a haircut. I passed by there in the morning and arranged a time to have a haircut in the afternoon. I arrived there on time, they asked me to sit somewhere and someone will come to me. After waiting for 30 mins, no one didn't come to me. So I just left and no one even realised. As a consumer with self-respect, I would never step foot there again.

Worst hair cut I ever had in my life. The student said she’s been in the profession since 3 years. According to my new hair cut - maybe 3 days. Together with a supervisor who regularly checked and made some corrections the simple straight hair cut was turned into a broom. I had to confirm that I am ok with every step of the hair cut and it was me who had to say that one side was cut longer than the other. Than through removal of the thickness my hairdresser and the supervisor left me with « steps » of different length in the back which was hard for me to control. So the whole cut had to be re-done
color & highlights - was terrible the first time. went there to get it fixed; terrible again, but differently. you have been warned
Salon d'apprentissage très professionnel, l'équipe d'élèves et enseignants sont très souriant et dynamique , le personnel est à l'écoute et de très bons conseil , rapport qualité prix , service , sourire et satisfactions client sont les maîtres mots ! Le corp enseignants est très présent et aux petits soin , je recommande vivement !!!!

Je viens depuis des années pour faire les émergences, et quelques fois des mèches. Si je viens c'est grâce à Pina (Maupas) une femme sympathique, professionnelle, sincère, à l'écoute et je pourrais continuer...Merci Pina! Emilia Bonetto
20mn devant la porte sous un climat glacial sans qu 'un de ces employés qui ont vu que je suis devant la porte , me dise d ' entrer ou d'attendre mon tour..le pire, un des employés a ouvert la porte à un client pour sortir et a fait comme si je n' étais pas là..en plus il y avait un air de panique dedant..ca courait dans tout les sens...plus le risque de confier maes cheveux à un apprenti..
Equipe très sympa avec une responsable au top. J'ai été très satisfaite de ma coupe ainsi que des conseils reçus. Je recommande vivement.
