Positive: Very nice environment, friendly receptionists and doctors. Negetive: 1, Waited for too long every time, 1.5 hours or 1 hour even with the an appointment. First appointment, i waited for 1.5 hours, at the end of the opening time, the doctor told me I need to make another appointment for the test that I expected for the first day. Second time, the doctor that I met was not there at that day, I went there for the 2 different tests, but they only did one said nobody awared of the second test, I left after I confirmed with the reception for serveral times . So during thrid appointment I supposed to collect the result but the doctor ask me to do the second test again, and ask me to make another appointment for the result, each appoitment charged me 77-100 consultant fee no matter they really helped me or not, or even they make me to pay for their mistake. 2, My boyfriend took me their once again when I had the serious trauma, I was not able to talk at that time, I waited for 1 hour again and they sent a woman with bad atitude to ask me to pay for the previous bill ( I wrote a letter to them, asked them to deduct the extra consultant fee), I went there for help but they sent someone to talk about the bill before I meet the doctor. I didn't give answer to that woman, but I wanted to leave. When I leave the entrace they finally sent some doctor to me, she came outsite with me and asked me to go back to talk to her, she was very nice so I went back, after 10 mins conversation. Another doctor came inside of the room agian and talked about the bills asked us to pay. Those bills are not over due yet. So I was in a very bad condition, they care about the bills and money much more than the patients. They didnt offer me any pills to help me to sleep, no sick notes no advice. Then we went to another doctor in Zurich, he was also shocked how this clinic treated me. I won't go back anymore.

Ce matin je suis allée à la permanence pour me faire tester en ayant 39 de fièvre, sur demande de mon médecin. Je sonne à mon arrivée et comme j'ai déjà eu l'occasion de me faire tester là-bas en septembre je suis rentrée et j'ai commencé à remplir le questionnaire pour le dépistage. Une infirmière est alors arrivée et m'a très mal accueillie, m'a fait ressortir. Quand je suis entrée dans le local de test il y avait 2 infirmiers, l'un en train de tester un patient et l'autre en train de regarder des vidéos sur son ordi. Je sais que pour vous, le secteur médical la période est très dure, mais n'oubliez pas que nous sommes des patients et non des numéros, même si l'heure du déjeuner approche. Je vous demande donc de ne pas oublier que les gens qui viennent se faire tester sont inquiets et souvent souffrants. On a tous droit à un mauvais jour, le tout est que sur 3 personnes rencontrées 2 ont été fort désagréables... dommage !

Acceuil trés amical et professionnel ,médecin en urgence disponible et efficace et trés compétente je le conseille vivement surtout Pour les personnes de nom non-europien et de peau pas assez claire car ils ne seront pas acceuilli avec haine ou indifférence ce qui va soulager psychiquement leurs douleurs ou souffrance. Il m'ont fait oublier des anciens mouvaises experiences dans des cas similaires. Facture moins cher que prevu ,honnetement j'ėtais choqué ,(-200.)vu mes anciens experiences avec des factures ailleurs bien gonflé pour une qualité de service modeste Voir inéxistente. Urgence Volta vraiment sans indifférence ni souffrance. Grand merci.
